Policy for Tool and Equipment Loans:

1. Please check with QC Co-Lab board or its designee BEFORE bringing in your item(s).
2. Label item(s) with your name
3. QC Co-Lab will take reasonable steps to maintain and protect your item(s). However, We do not assume liability for damage, wear, theft, or other harm.
4. Either party may decide to end the loan at any time. If we do so, we will make reasonable efforts to return your items to you. Please notify us if you intend to remove your items.
